BetSafe Pty Ltd ("BetSafe") is a leading gambling consultancy and provides self exclusion schemes, counselling and other consultancy services under the names "BetSafe" and "Paul Symond Consultancy".

Gaming providers provide personal information that is related to the exclusion, counselling and consultancy services that we provide to them. Individual third parties may provide information in relation to complaints, queries or references that they are making about you.

Information is collected for purposes relevant to the services we provide.
For exclusions, information is collected to enable the effective operation of the exclusion scheme including information to identify the individual, process exclusions, enforce exclusions and end exclusions.
Sharing Information with Other Organisations
Information is shared with organizations authorised by you or to effect purposes that are permissible under privacy legislation. If you have sought self exclusion from one or more gaming venues we will share relevant information with those organizations.

We use a variety of physical and electronic security measures including restricting physical access to our offices and firewalls and secure databases to keep personal information safe from misuse, loss or unauthorised use or disclosure.
Access to and Correction of Personal Information
You are entitled to access personal information we hold about you in most circumstances. Please contact our Privacy Officer to ask for access to your information. If you consider that some aspect of the information we hold about you is incorrect you should also contact our Privacy Officer regarding correction. If we deny any request to access or correct personal information we will tell you why.
